Foresight is 2020

Ever notice the same problems keep cropping up, year after year?

It’s like “problem whack-a-mole” – you handle it in one situation only to have it pop up in another place.

Most of us continue doing the same things, expecting different results.

I think we can do better.

Let’s do different things.

Think different thoughts.

Ask different questions.

Consider different possibilities.

I have three services which are a difference that makes a difference.

First, I offer leadership coaching and organizational consulting services.

I’m being intentionally vague because we can work on any individual, team, or company-wide problem you have. It starts with a 60m Discovery Consultation to discuss the patterns you see and end by mapping out options for working together.

Second, the 4th cohort of Software Leader Seminar starts in January.

This unique live, online workshop will increase your leadership skills and sharpen your emotional intelligence. Live interactive exercises each week. It takes just five weeks and lasts a lifetime.

Last, but not least, my “First Team” groups have openings.

Lara Hogan calls these “Manager Dens” – safe places to discuss your work, where you offer and receive help, support, and new ideas. Groups start in January and prices are 40% off right now.

Consulting, coaching, training, and groups.

Each promise that your 2020 will be better than your 2019 – more confidence as a leader, happier team members, increasing revenue, greater productivity… the whole sha-bang.

Questions? Not sure which is right for you? Hit REPLY and we’ll figure it out together.

Stay curious,
Marcus

I help you hire the right people, create the right culture, and setup the right process which achieves your goals. Managing your team isn't something you learned in college. In fact, my clients often tell me "I never prepared for this role, I always focused on doing the work". If you're ready to improve your leadership, process and team, find out how I can help you.
