Can you help me decipher this riddle?

A bit of #FridayFun for you, taking a break from the seriousness of life.

My friend Nathanial sent me this today and challenged me to translate this text into comprehensible English.

Would you give me a hand?

Toothy purse in respond civil force ending theme honey:

Eye wand Ed two purr son a leery late mice in seer gray ate fullness forty ting statue due.
Apollo geez forty manure a tempting two Regus. Yuma snot beacon fused bi-folk kissing Arnold

Truthfully, I don’t know the answer, but he promised it wasn’t objectionable.

You might send it to your team and see if they enjoy these kinds of things.

In fact, maybe you could make it a “problem solving exercise” for your team to practice.

Let me know if you crack it. He’s laughing at me as we speak. 🙂

Best,
Marcus

This is 95% there…a couple words I couldn’t quite reconcile:

To the person responsible for sending the money:

I wanted to personally relate my sincere gratefulness for the things that you do. Apologies for the manner of attempting ***to read this***. You must not be confused by focusing on old means of interaction. Rather, focus to the sounds your (vocal) chords are making. For instance, those who are seeking to acquire a new mode of communication, must always be recognizing the whole, not a part. What I’m betting would be benficial, what I am saying might work, is to forget English and solely study Russian, because in this place, aka the USA, what I write makes no sense. In closing, I am barking mad I honestly realize, but excoriating a milder would still be nice. One second, gracias for this ***stain***.
